About HomeSale Compass: your trusted resource for quick home sales

This independent information website explains UK home-selling choices and offers self-serve tools; it is not a house-buying company, estate agent or enquiry service.

Our purpose

We help homeowners compare routes, understand legal and financial questions and find relevant official sources. We do not buy properties, sell leads or ask visitors to submit an enquiry to obtain calculator results.

The current site branding remains temporary while the final name and domain are confirmed. We make no claim to be the former owner or publisher of any historic website.

How the information is produced

Guides distinguish official rules and data from editorial scenarios. Source notes explain the scope of each citation and show a fixed source-review date. Automated source monitoring does not itself constitute an editorial review.

Photographs used as illustrations are generated or otherwise held within the project; they do not depict our staff, customers or real transactions. No author qualifications, testimonials or accreditation claims are implied.

What the tools cannot do

Calculators are simplified planning tools, not valuations, lending decisions or legal, tax or investment advice. Public-record checks do not certify a buyer as trustworthy.

The AI checklist sends submitted text and photos to an AI service. It can be wrong and is not a survey. Do not upload identifying or confidential information.

Publisher details

Direct contact details have not yet been confirmed and no enquiry form is provided. For urgent housing, debt or legal help, use the independent resources linked on this site.

Sources & review

Last reviewed:

This describes the current application and publishing approach, not professional legal advice. Publisher contact details, operational privacy arrangements and a final legal review must be confirmed before launch.

Review dates record our source check, not the date a rule took effect. Rules can change; check the linked guidance before acting. Legal processes differ across the UK.
