Calculator inputs and public lookups
Ordinary financial calculators do not submit your figures to us. When you choose a postcode or company lookup, that query is sent through the site to the relevant public-data service to retrieve results. Avoid entering personal information where a postcode or company name is sufficient.
The site stores official public-market snapshots and source-check history, not visitors’ calculator entries. Public prices and company records are separate from information you enter.
Optional AI submissions
The description and photos you choose to submit are sent to the AI service to create a checklist. The application processes uploads in memory and does not save them in its own storage.
That is not a promise that the AI provider or hosting platform has no operational logging or retention. Their processing terms also apply. Do not include names, full addresses, faces, account details or confidential documents.
Hosting, cookies and measurement
Like other online services, the hosting platform and external services may process connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the service. This application has no configured advertising or analytics tracking IDs.

Privacy questions and rights
Our verified privacy contact and full organisational details still need confirmation before launch; no invented address is supplied.
Depending on the processing, UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. The Information Commissioner’s Office explains these rights and complaint routes. This notice requires a final operational and legal review before publication.
