Sold house prices by postcode
See what homes near you actually sold for, with sale dates, straight from HM Land Registry's official records.
Sold prices are official records, not valuations. They don't show size, bedrooms or condition, and recent sales can take months to appear. Want a cash-buyer view? Try the cash offer estimator.
Sources & review
Last reviewed:
England and Wales only: individual sold prices for Scotland (Registers of Scotland) and Northern Ireland aren't openly published. The cash offer, equity and selling-route tools show council-area averages for those postcodes instead. Records typically appear weeks to months after completion, so recent sales may be missing. Records do not include size, condition or bedrooms, and some sales (e.g. right-to-buy, repossessions, transfers) are excluded or categorised separately.
